IC cards (such as PASMO) and smartphone QR code payment apps are not accepted.
Credit card payments are processed through the payment service provider SP-Links Co., Ltd. (Sony Payment; company name changing effective October 1, 2025).
Accepted card brands: VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club.
● You may pay for the first and second sessions together in a single transaction.
【Cancellation Policy】
● Changes and Cancellations (General)
Changes and cancellations are accepted up to the day before the scheduled reservation. *Subject to the set cancellation deadline.
Changes and cancellations must be made for the entire transaction unit.
● Changes
You may change your reservation after payment has been processed.
If the price changes due to a change in the date, the payment amount will be adjusted simultaneously with the reservation change.
If there is no change in price, only the reservation details will be updated.
● Cancellations
Canceling the reservation will also cancel the associated payment.
If payment was made for both the first and second sessions together, the reservation and payment details for both sessions will be cancelled.
*If a payment covers multiple people and only one person cancels, the payment amount will be reduced by the cost for that individual.
Payment cannot be voided or refunded unless the reservation is cancelled.
● If the credit card payment fails, please contact your credit card issuer.
● If payment is not completed within 24 hours of making the reservation, the reservation data will be automatically cancelled.
We will send a notification via email; however, please note that if an email address is not registered, you will not receive this notification.
